Shirley Thompson lives just north of Boston, MA and experiences the typical New England freeze\/thaw cycles many northern climates get. She has developed a very practical solution for protecting her roses during the winter. It’s easy to do and has the bonus of adding compost and organic material to the soil come spring.<\/p>\n
